Special Delivery!!!

This week we received a nice surprise in the mail. Grandmama sent Sayde a handmade hat for the winter!!! Yippee!! I was letting Sayde sport it around the house, so that she would get use to having it on her head. I think winter in D.C. is going to be much colder. Thanks Grandmama!!!

Funny story!! So the other day Sayde was crawling around the floor and all the sudden she crawled right out of her jeans. My girl is a move-in!!!

Getting Stuck!!!

Sayde is not only trying her hardest to crawl, she is now climbing on top of things. It is amazing that once they take that first crawl how independent they become!!!

Sippy Cup Time

Sayde enjoyed sipping her milk from a sippy cup for the 1st time. She is getting so big!!!

Just a day at the DC Zoo

While Jamie, David, and Brooklyn were visiting us, we (the gals) decided to take the kiddos to the DC ZOO!!! This was Sayde's and Brooklyn's first time to the zoo. They loved it!!!

Judah is an old pro at the zoo!!! He has been many times.

Kinda of cool, the zoo is only a few miles away. Looks like we will be visiting it often.

Even better it is FREE!!!

Moving more these days!! 7 months old.

My sweet baby girl has found a new favorite play spot, under the den chair. She will work her way (army crawling it) over to the chair and get right under it. She thinks she is hot stuff!! Why is it that babies love playing with anything and everything that is not a toy (cords, plants, shoes, phone jack, etc).

A little under the weather, yucky cold. Snuggling with dad and watching football! Don't you love the hair. Joey always take out Sayde's hair bow when he is playing with her. Now my sweet darling has learned how to pull it out all by herself!!!

I can now sit up and read all by myself.

Restoration's 1st "Gathering"

October 4th was Restoration's first "gathering". We had a total of 12 adults (including Knights and us) and 2 kiddos (ours of course). It was a sweet time of meeting one other and getting into God's Word. We are going to be studying Luke 15 and using the book Prodigal God, by Timothy Keller to guide our conversation. This is the start of what Sunday nights at 5 will look like for us in DC. God you are so amazing. Thank you for your faithfulness to send people to this gathering. May the numbers increase as the Gospel is preached!!!
