Naps and Playdates

This week we had to lower Sayde's crib. She was getting up on all fours trying to crawl in her crib. Today I walked in to get Sayde up from her nap and she had turned herself completely around and was playing with her stuffed animals. This is a new favorite thing to do.

Play date with twin boys. Unfortunately I only got a picture of one of the boys, this is Marcos. Judah you better watch out. You have competition, and there is two of them!!!

Snapshots of Sayde

Okay, here are a couple of pictures that I had to post of my sweet baby girl. She is getting so big. Today she got on daddy's shoulders and she loved it. Checkout the one of Sayde wearing Lily's sunglasses. She was not too sure about them ; )) These days Sayde is all over the floor. She tries so hard to crawl and is very very close. She rolls and wiggles her way around the floor. The other day I found her under the side table. She loves to get under anything she can. Picture 4 shows her new face.

Busy Weekend filled with Wake Forest Friends

We had a busy weekend filled with visitors. The sweet Lewis Ladies came to visit us while Michael was at the Weekender at Capital Hill. It was amazing having Jordan and Lily stay with us. Sayde loved playing with Lily. Also our wonderful friends from North Wake came to help Restoration Church get the WORD out!! Thank you so much. It was so nice to see familiar faces ; ) We needed that!

My sweet friend Sarah and her hubby Ryan came over for dinner. Sarah got to feed Sayde her bedtime bottle. Looking forward to many more dinner dates!!!
On your mark, get set, and go....
Well not actually, no crawling yet, but very close. Mama's not ready for that!

I am getting so big!

Yum! Yum! Eat up!!

Sayde's 1st Pool Visit

Sayde was not too sure about this pool thing. Kind of cool, pool is on the roof of our building. I am sure next year once she can walk we will be up here a lot. Poor me!!!

Having Family Fun in DC

Here are the gals!! Posing for a group picture. Mom, Kim and Brandy just arrived to DC. Cindy had been here helping with the move-in process. It was so special to have them here especially with the big transition. I love you guys!! Thank you so much!!! Joey was a trooper with a house full of girls. Thank you my love.

Okay, the Lord works in such neat ways. The other day I was walking home from the store, I was feeling very overwhelmed and a little emotional. As I was walking I noticed that the building of apartments next to ours was call "the Elizabeth", right next to our apartment complex is "Page Park" and the street you turn off of to ours is called "Willard Road". So why is this neat. Well my name is Elizabeth Page Willard (madden that is). I just had to laugh and thank my precious Heavenly Father for moments like this where He gently reminds me He is in control. Thank you Father for the amazing gift of the Holy Spirit that directs and guides us. We are where you have called us. May I live faithfully upon your Word, trusting what Acts 17:26 says,
"From one man he created every nation of men,
to inhabit the whole earth; and he determined the times set for them and the exact places where they should live."

Restoration Team is now united. Here is what life will look like. So thankful to be church planting with the Knights. We love you guys and are super excited to be your neighbors.

A little lunch outting and sight-seeing.

Okay, kind of cool this is where we live!!!
